Vela 1.0 · iOS and Android
Support
Vela is a small app made by a small team. If something is broken, write: a person reads it.
What Vela is
Vela is a daily planner for iPhone and Android. Every morning it asks how you slept, ate, and felt, and builds your schedule, your meals, and your training from that answer. When the day changes, it rebuilds them.
This page covers support for the app and for this site. It applies to Vela 1.0 on iOS and Android.
Before you write
Tell us, if you can, which device you use, which version of Vela you have (it's under Me → Settings), and what happened right before the problem. That's usually enough to reproduce it on the first try.
Never send us your password or an access code: Vela has no passwords, and nobody on the team will ever ask you for a one-time code.
Your data
You can download everything Vela stores about you from the app (Me → Export data) or from this site. You get a ZIP with the full JSON dump and the tables as CSV.
You can delete your account from the app (Me → Delete account) or from this site, with no need to have it installed. Everything goes, immediately, with no grace period.
Which data is processed and on what legal basis is in the privacy policy.
Bugs and suggestions
Bugs are fixed in the next release that ships to the stores. If a bug stops you from using the app, say so in the subject line and we'll look at it sooner.
Every suggestion gets read. We don't promise they all make it in, but none of them get lost.
