Most planners assume every day starts the same way
Your day,
at your pace
Vela starts each morning by asking how you actually slept, ate, and felt, then builds today's schedule, meals, and training around that answer. Not around some idealized version of you.
In English and in Spanish, properly: not machine-translated, not an afterthought.
Today
You slept badly. We trimmed the afternoon.

Five tabs
The whole app fits in five places
Nothing buried in menus. Each tab does one thing, and does all of it.
01
Today
Today's plan, adjusted to your check-in on energy, sleep, and mood.
02
Plan
Your week with food inside it: schedule, recipes, and grocery list in one place.
03
Life
The eight areas that make up an actual life, and where you've been investing or avoiding.
04
Memory
A short brief for every month: what you did more of, what shifted, what's worth carrying.
05
Me
Your profile, your partner, your settings. Also exporting your data and deleting your account.
How it works
Start from where you are today, not where you should be
- 01
Tell it how you live
At the start, Vela asks about your rhythm, your hours, your injuries, your allergies, and what you want to change. Once. From then on it takes all of it into account by itself.
- 02
Check in every morning
Energy, sleep, and mood — by tapping or by voice. Sick day? One tap swaps the whole day for a recovery version.
- 03
Let the day reshuffle
Something ran long? Plans changed? Say so, and Vela rebuilds what's left instead of leaving you with a plan you can't keep.
- 04
Read the month when it ends
Every month, Vela writes you a short brief of what you actually did. It's less a stats dashboard and more a place that remembers what you built.
Privacy
Your check-ins are yours
Vela handles health data — sleep, weight, training, mood, injuries, allergies. That is a special category under the GDPR and it is treated as such: explicit consent, and the exit door always open.
- Only what it needs
- Vela asks for exactly what it needs to do its job, nothing more. No ads, no data selling, no profiling.
- Real deletion, not archiving
- From the app or from this site, in two steps. Everything goes, immediately, with no grace period.
- Your data, in one file
- You can download everything Vela stores about you as a ZIP, with the full JSON and the tables as CSV.
- Processors, named
- Every provider that touches your data is listed one by one in the privacy policy, with what it does.
Questions
What people usually ask
What exactly is Vela?
A daily planner for iPhone and Android that builds your schedule, your meals, and your training from how you are today, and rebuilds them when the day changes. It isn't another app telling you what a productive person would do.
How much does it cost?
Vela isn't published in the stores yet. Plans and pricing will be announced before launch, and this page will be updated once they're settled.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Spanish, both of them complete: the app, the emails, and this site. You pick the language in the app and can change it whenever you want.
What happens to my health data?
Sleep, weight, training, mood, injuries, and allergies are health data — a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. They are processed with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting your account. The detail is in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, under Me → Delete account, or from this site at delete account, with no need to have the app installed. Either way everything goes and it can't be undone.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Us, directly, on the support page. There's no form that disappears into a queue: it's an email a person reads.
«Let's design a life you actually want to live.»
The first question Vela asks you. And it means it.
